Employee: Was working on machine 610. Adjusting hopper and was using a tool to lift hopper up. As I was cranking the tool I smashed my finger on the machine. Supervisor: Employee was using the ratchet to adjust height of blank bowl as he was moving handle back and forth he struck his finger against the SEMS adjustment knob.
