EE was pulling 60 inch panels from the top shelf of a cart.

As the EE was pulling the second to last panel off the cart the bottom panel also came. When EE tipped the top panel down towards the ground the bottom panel sild off of the top shelf.

The EE sustained a bruise to the top of their left foot when the panel fell onto it.
