Before the incident
Employee was boxing cakes at the end of the production line using a table. Happiness did not move out of the way to allow the pallet room to pass by. The employee moving the pallet did not wait for happiness to move and bumped the pallet of boxes into Happiness.
What happened
EE was boxing cakes when another employee was bringing a pallet of boxes in the room. The employee with the pallet got to close to EE pining her between the pallet and the table. The employee notices and pulled the pallet back she was pined for about 5 secs EE started to feel pain in her abdomen.
