Before the incident

Employee was sorting tires on the south side of [REDACTED] when an unidentified Green Tire Trucker was attempting to place a green tire skid into an open slot on the paintline. The skid became hung up on a drain pipe that descends from the roof along a column post on that side of the line. The trucker attempted to free up or force the skid into the slot it jerked free from the drain pipe and launched forward onto the paintline deck striking the employeee on his right ankle.
