Before the incident
Employee went to paint line 2 to help clear a sort line tire jam up that was the result of an internal evacuation for weather. While the Employee was attempting to help clear the jam up he was attempting to step over some tires that had fallen on the floor and slipped on them causing his left foot to slip off the paint line deck and scrape his left shin on the corner of the deck.
