was being brought down the flap started to touch the hinge on the A C. Worker stated he was on the L [REDACTED] side of the flap and 3 other workers were on the R [REDACTED] side. Worker stated the flap was going to hit the hinge so he pushed it as to prevent A C damage. Worker His [REDACTED] middle hand was on the flap. His [REDACTED] middle finger got smashed when the flap swung back.
