Before the incident
Employee was entering the toilet stall.
What happened
EE was going to use the restroom and upon entering the stall they noticed the toilet had been running. The EE was able to stop it from running and when they were going to seat themselves onto the toilet they slipped on the seat due it having some water on it. When they slipped the EE landed awkwardly on their right side. The EE was diagnosed with a contusion and was also prescribed medication in addition to being taken out of work. The event occurred during normal working hours and within the restroom which is considered part of the work area.
