Before the incident
EE was assembling a yoke.
What happened
EE was assembling a set ([REDACTED]-30) and placed their finger inside the yoke. As part of this process the EE needs to insert a screw into the yoke. The EE used a powered drill to do this and in doing so their finger ended up being caught in between the top of the yoke and the head of the screw. The EE 's fingernail ended up being lacerated and was sent for treatment. During treatment it was also discovered that their finger was also fractured from being caught in between the top of the screw and the top of the yoke.
