EE was scrapping product.
What happened
EE was scrapping products and needed to use a cutting tool to prepare the items they were going to scrap. They noticed a pocketknife that was within the scrap and used it rather than using the proper cutting tool. Upon using the knife the EE cut his right index finger and sustained six stitches. The EE received a prescription only medication and placed on work restrictions.
