The employee had been picking Cosmetics Fragrances products in the Each Pick Department Pick by Light Operation. At the time of the injury the employee was preparing for end of shift by closing the flaps on any open boxes per Quality requirement.

Around [REDACTED] near end of shift in PBL finger 3 a contractor was following quality standard for closing the flaps on boxes that are open at shift end. The product was box of nail polish). When a contractor was reaching the case that was open to flap on shelving on location [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Top shelf) the box leaned towards her and the nail polish liquid dripped on the outer lens of her glasses. A small amount got inside her glasses and into her left eye. It was discovered the there was a broken bottle of nail polish in that box which dripped when the box was tilted.
