The employee was preparing for start of shift and attempting to remove a pallet of defective product from a first level pallet location.

At approximately [REDACTED] a Coty employee was attempting to retrieve a pallet which had 8 cases on it from the front position at Full Case location [REDACTED] by hand. The employee was pulling the pallet backward along the rollers when the pallet got stuck on the pallet stopper. The began attempted to lift the pallet from the back end to clear the pallet stopper and that’s when they began to feel instant pain in their back.
