Moving a box from the rack to her cart. Lifts multiple heavy boxes daily.
What happened
EE reports to medical with a CC of left sided arm pain. Pain began when EE was moving a heavy box to her cart. The right side of the box dropped when her cart slipped which shifted the weight to her left arm resulting in increased strain. Pain is located on the lateral side of her left arm from her mid upper arm to her shoulder. Pain increases when she lifts the arm laterally.
