While grabbing material which had excess splinters a splinter went through her glove and into the bottom part of the left thumb. [REDACTED][REDACTED] was taken to the clinic because of the depth of the splinter. [REDACTED] received an antibiotic shot and was prescribed more antibiotics. [REDACTED][REDACTED] was given no work restrictions.
