[at fault] Recordable Employee Mixer #3544 [REDACTED]. While employee was on catwalk washing out after a pour they dropped their brush and a mixture of water acid and sand sprayed into their eyes causing them to burn and itch. Employee washed them out at the plant but still felt debris and was advised by Safety to go to Urgent Care where they flushed the debris out and applied medicated eye drops and prescribed medicated drops. No driving allowed until [REDACTED].
