What happened
[at fault] Recordable Employee Left Eye Injury (Foreign Object) TVC Trailer Shop [REDACTED] After finishing metal grinding on a trailer Employee wiped grease off their face with a sleeve and felt something enter the left eye. Employee was near the end of their shift and felt moderate irritation in the eye but completed the shift. After leaving work employee flushed the eye with eye drops. The following morning on [REDACTED] employee reported the incident to supervisor and had them go to Copper Ridge Wellness for an evaluation. Copper Ridge referred employee to an eye doctor for further evaluation and possible treatment.
