[no fault] Recordable Employee [REDACTED] Mechanic Shop New Build Job #559501 [REDACTED] While team lifting an air compressor motor with other employee the weight of the motor shifted and they felt a strain in the left arm. The initial strain that was felt did not impact their ability to work and continued to work the rest of the day without issue and believed that they were okay. The following day while lifting a ladder to work on the Hazmag #2121 employee experienced pain in their left bicep and were unable to keep working. Employee was sent to Cooper Ridge Wellness for an evaluation. Employee was given a 10lb weight restriction.
