What happened
Employee was performing steel erection tasks connecting beams to column line near B-D - 11-13 lines. While attempting to readjust a beam connected to crane hook the employee grabbed the beam in attempt to spin it to get it into right orientation to make connection. When the employee pulled to readjust the beam he felt a pop in his right shoulder. While attempting to install the bolts into the bolted connections he kept feeling pain in his shoulder and decided to report the issue to his general foreman.
