Injured employee reported pain in the left eye at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The IE reported that they felt pain in the left eye the night before reporting and assumed it was a scratch on the eye. After further examination at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] it was determined that the employee had a small foreign body located in the middle of the left eye. The employee decided to transport themselves to an approved clinic nearby for further treatment and removal of a foreign body from the eye.
