What happened

Associate was lifting 2 cup bins from cart to shelf at the line when they felt slight discomfort. Associate stated that they ignored it as it was just minor. Associate stated that as they worked throughout the shift the discomfort increased slightly so they then told supervision and asked to see the early intervention specialist. EE 's shoulder was taped to see if that improved throughout the shift. [REDACTED] associated reported to shift and stated that they were really sore and contacted early intervention specialist. Supervision worked with associate and early intervention specialist to monitor EE and job assignment at one location inspecting candy. Associate sought futher medical attention on [REDACTED] which treatment beyond first-aid was provided.
