What happened
Operator was transporting two metal rework bins in KitKat Baking one being pushed in front of them the other being pulled behind them. Both of these bins were empty wo when the operator let go of the one bin they were pulling behind them to maneuver the one in front the momentum caused the one behind them to continue rolling which then created a pinch point as it crashed into the metal bin in the front with their finger caught between. Damage was done to the second knuckle of left index finger.
