Clearing food tray

While checking on the patient room and clearing their food tray. While leaving the room with their tray in hand IW went to close the door thinking that hand was out of the way. The door caught fingers when it closed causing pain and bleeding on the left middle finger and pointer finger. An icepack was applied and leadership took me to the OHS office where IW was seen.
