IW was in room feeding a patient when IW noticed he was sliding on the edge of his chair. IW leaned him back to do a hip repositioning. when IW went to lift and push his hips back IW heard a slight pop in back. At that moment IW hurt to breathe out and to walk or sit. IW tried to work it out and push through but the pain did not go away.
