The crane operator lowered the OOG container down and claimed that he took the steps to arrest the fall of the piece and claims the crane malfunctioned. The piece continued to descend and drag against his trailer moving the trailer and jostling the truck cab where employee 's shoulder collided with the inside of the cab.
