Employee was removing sticky back from an 18.85 sleeve on the 14-press mounter. The employee thought the sticky back was a larger piece than what it was and when he pulled it off of the sleeve he fell backwards and hit a metal mounted table located behind them. Employee immediately felt a sharp pain in his back.

Employee strained his lower back and bruised it from the contact with the table.
