What happened

Individual stated that on the [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] that he injured his right knee and lower back moving 15# boxes for prepping truckload extra materials for daily shipments. He states that he did it moving boxes approximately four feet from shelves to the tables for loadout. He states that he told his manager on the [REDACTED] but nothing was brought to EHS until the recurrence on the [REDACTED]. (This issue is with HR.) More investigation ongoing with regards to claims by individuals of statements made by injured individual that referenced his unhappiness with assisting in this task and claims that he may just end up injured by doing it.
