What happened
Employee went to empty trash can when they felt something pop in their right shoulder. Bag was stuck so individual tilted can over with left hand and pulled on bag with right hand arm solely. Individual said that they felt heard something pop in their shoulder and felt intense pain. Individual also had some numbness down their arm and limited range of motion with continued clicking in shoulder.
