What happened
A gun operator within production was verified to have a standard threshold shift of his hearing. The individual was found to be having issues with their resin guns functionality due to a new muffler. The individual did not tell anyone but to fix the gun they removed the muffler (significantly increasing the noise levels in which they were exposed to). The individual also did not go ahead and utilize hearing protection in which was provided.
