What happened
EE WAS HANDLING A WHEELED CART USED FOR TRANSPORTING HE WATER COOLER THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. EE WAS BY LINE 19 [REDACTED] AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO REFILL THE WATER COOLER. AS EE TRIED TO PUSH THE CART THE TOP OF THE CART CAME APART AND THE LEGS COLLAPSED FROM UNDERNEATH CAUSING THE WATER COOLER (HALF WAY FULL OF WATER) TO TIP OVER AND SPILL ON FLOOR. THIS CAUSED THE EE TO LOSE BALANCE AND FALL TO THE FLOOR DIRECTLY LANDING ON THE LEFT THUMB AS THE EE TRIED TO BREAK THERE FALL. FIRST AID (ICE PACK) WAS APPLIED TO INJURED THUMB. EE TRANSPORTED TO ER FOR ASSESSMENT.
