EE WAS WORKING THE DINSIFER AND WENT TO PICK UP A BRICK OFF THE FLOOR THAT WEIGHED 21#. WHEN THE EE BENT OVER HE FELT A TIGHTENING IN THE LOWER LEFT BACK SIMILAR TO A SPASM. EE STATED THAT PROPER BODY MECHANICS WERE USED WHEN PICKING THE BRICK UP OFF THE FLOOR.
