While exiting her personal vehicle [REDACTED] allegedly slipped and fell on black ice. [REDACTED] alerted superintendent [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] that she slipped out of her vehicle. [REDACTED] stated that she hit her head and an abrasion was evident. She also stated that she injured her right wrist. [REDACTED] was given an ice pack and elected to work. [REDACTED] was assigned to work as lineman however due to no vessel activity taking place she did not perform any actual labor.
