What happened
[REDACTED] stated he and another [REDACTED] had to rotate a rejected lite on the conveyor at [REDACTED]. the lite was 78 x 90 4.7 Mil and weighed 115 pounds. In the process the injured EE states he lifted the lite incorrectly improper hand placement and heard a pop in his upper right arm. EE was scheduled with industrial massage sessions. After completing 3 sessions and not getting better EE was taken to a medical clinic and referred to a hand specialist. Note: EE did not report the injury until the following work[REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
