Warehousing A-Frame

At approximately [REDACTED] EE was driving [REDACTED] with full A-frame to [REDACTED]-951. As the EE made the turn from the main aisle to the side aisle toward Tempering the EE was slightly off the center line of the aisle. There was a two deep stack of racks that was in the way of the [REDACTED]. The EE let off the controls and was not under power but coasted toward contact with the rack and the [REDACTED]. At that time the EE moved hand to the back of the [REDACTED] in an attempt to stop contact. The contact crushed the thumb and lacerated the thumb area. EE immediately pushed the controls forward with injured hand and moved away from the scene. EE was helped to first aid room and Safety was notified. Once at ER it was determined that EE would need hand specialist [REDACTED]. EE is on the way to specialist in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] with family providing transport. - RECORDABLE.
