What happened
EE was packing a 33x45 V21 glass on [REDACTED] from [REDACTED]-[REDACTED]. EE packed roughly 90 lites while packing throughout that hour. EE stated that they had been feeling some pain in their right shoulder while lifting the lite up onto the rack. EE also stated that they took some pain relief medicine during that hour and thought that they could power through the pain before notifying anyone. Once EE called and let us know they were in discomfort EE was removed from the line and given a large ice pack for the shoulder. EE requested to be taken to the emergency room and thought that they might have pulled something in the shoulder. Safety was contacted and took EE to the emergency room. This is a recordable.
