What happened
EE was picking up a rack gate from the stand when it became snagged on the end of the stand causing her to loss her balance and fall. As the tech was falling she struck the back of her head on an adjacent stack of gates. The gate she picked up fell onto her striking her left jaw and cheek area causing minor swelling and redness. EE was provided with an ice pack to help with the swelling. EE was evaluated at local ER to check for concussion symptoms and released. No prescriptions restrictions or loss of consciousness. [REDACTED] - EE had worse cogitative function than in the morning. EE was re-evaluated at ER and CT scan was preformed. CT scan was clear. Different Dr. wrote EE off for the weekend 2 days and a prescription for pain. No restrictions. Recordable
