What happened
The CNA and I were cleaning the patient due to him having a bowel movement. I was holding him so the CNA could wipe him and clean him up. He was pushing against me which made him more difficult to hold. I felt something 'pop ' in my right shoulder and my lower back starting to have spasms. I didn 't say anything to the CNA because I thought it would subside quickly but it hasn 't.
