What happened
[REDACTED] we had an incident at furnace 2. I was making my way to line 5 around [REDACTED] and noticed an employee from furnace 2 at eye wash station 4 rinsing his eye. I approached him and asked what happened. He said that they went to open the quench and there was a bunch of debris glass and other material blowing around and immediately felt a sharp pain in his right eye.
