Cleaning out the re-master

On [REDACTED] we had a scheduled downtime to address PMs in [REDACTED] 1 by the maintenance team and for production team members to address broken glass in the remaster from [REDACTED]. Before this occurred team lead had a safety briefing in the pre-shift meeting to go over the potential hazards of cleaning a remaster where everyone is standing line of fire and potential hazards with the glass. 48 minutes into the remaster clean up team lead received a cut to his right middle finger and a chunk out of his index finger. He was pulling out a broken piece of 3.1 out of the middle section of the remaster- this piece was slightly overhead and while trying to remove it was lodged in the slot so he had to pull with some force. When the piece gave away another piece came down scissoring on his hand and causing two lacerations. Team lead has been involved in the process of cleaning broken glass from the remaster many times over the years and has lots of experience with the process and the hazar
