Before the incident
Traveling from one area of the plant to another using a stand-up tugger.
What happened
Employee was driving a stand-up tugger around a corner. The employee started to fall off the tugger and lose control of it. His feet and lower half of his body exited the tugger and he held on with his hands to try to maintain control. While trying to maintain control the stand-up tugger kept turning sharp to the right and was heading towards and A-frame. The tugger turned too sharp to the right and his right leg hit the foot of the A-frame.
