What happened
Forklift driver was delivering a harp rack of glass to CG door number 9. He made it to door number 9 and went to readjust the rack to begin to carry it up the ramp. The rack got away from the forklift driver. The driver exited the lift to bring the rack back to where he could grab it with his forks. Where the ramp door starts there was a patch of ice. Forklift driver slipped on the ice and fell. When he fell he struck his head on the blue harp rack. When his head struck the harp the forklift driver received about 1.5 curved laceration to the crown of his head.
