What happened
Vat room operator (IE) went to Culture Supervisor and explained of a right shoulder pain they started feeling [REDACTED]. Supervisor and IE meet with Safety and aligned to utilize the telemedicine provider to start the incident reporting. Telehealth RN asked if IE would want to seek an Occ Med appointment and they said yes. Appointment with St. Lukes Occ Med Meridian office was made. IE continued light duty and follow-up appointments. Claim was found insufficient and denied. The plant decided to accept the recordable injury due to historical trending of same injury. CAPEX project to add elevated walkway around all vats will be submitted into FY27.
