What happened
Employee was using a spinning drill attached to a zero-gravity arm with a reamer bit installed reaming holes to size. The employee had on PPE including steel toes safety glasses and cut resistant gloves. The employee stated it was likely complacency and he moved the tool with his left hand into the top of his right hand causing the tool to grab his gloves and began to rip his glove away from his hand.
