Before the incident
Employee was uninstalling the parts of the wheel to move wheel to a smaller conveyor line before cleaning.
What happened
Worker attached the wheel to the chain hoist. Hoist was not secured on the wheel and when moving the wheel off of the assembly line to a smaller line the wheel shifted weight and fell but did not hit the floor but swung back and the employee caught the wheel and jammed their 4th & 5th digit on the right hand.
