Employee was walking to the front of the store to unlock the doors. He tripped on one of our long black entryway rugs. The rug was not laying completely flat it was rippled. He had some superficial scrapes on both of his knees and rug burn on his palms. He did not seek out medical treatment. He continued working through his shift. No first aid was administered.
