What happened
EE was wrapping left over corrugation to be picked up during a changeover. Due to there being so little corrugation remaining EE had to spin the pallet on the lift table using the pallet itself. [REDACTED] hand was on the pallet as it spun around the lift table and it smashed her middle ring and pinky finger between the pallet and the lift table.
