What happened
I was lifting an IV box which has 14 bags of 1000 ml fluid per bag when I felt and heard a pop in my right wrist. I did not think much of it since at the time I did not feel any pain or discomfort. but when I left work and was not using my right arm as much I began to feel pain and it hurt to move it.
