attempting to pull [REDACTED] out of patients leg bumped by another staff member and accidently stuck by [REDACTED]

While attempting to remove [REDACTED] form patients left lower leg I was stuck with tip of used [REDACTED]. the room was crowded and i was bumped by a coworker directly after pulling the [REDACTED]. the Patient moved quickly at the same time I was moving away with the exposed needle while this happened i was bumped by a coworker and accidently stuck by the [REDACTED]. immediately seen blood under my gloved fingertip I took off my glove and noticed a small insertion site with bleeding. I then washed my hands thoroughly and notified the ER charge nurse to start the exposure process.
