Setting up room

After setting up and having the patient positioned and ready with my help the surgeon started pulling the microscope closer to him but the cord got tangled under some other machines. When I saw that I immediately bend to reach the cord to give him more slack and that is when I felt the pain in my lower back. I slowly repositioned myself straight back. After being sitting while charting it was hard and painful to stand up again. Since I feel like a pressure pain and depending on the movements sometimes it feels like a sharp electrical current with legs weakness.

Ergonomics-Related Reaching Lower back.
