What happened
EE presents to ER with acute onset of lower back and hip pain. EE reports having a similar episode [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] after a slip and fall. EE reports that a that time there were no fractures on the x-rays or CT scan. Since her initial injury patient has not had another episode where her back went into spasm like this. EE reports that it was a little bit sore earlier in the day but when she came in to work and was sitting it went into spasm to where she could barely move and the pain was excruciating.
