Weighing of brewing process aid materials

While moving raw materials (20kg container) the item slipped from my hand fell to the ground and caused a hand truck to hit my head. This caused a cut and bleeding. IMT responded and took me to the NBB Wellness clinic. More detailed discussion during investigation indicates that the vessel hit the hand truck frame as it was falling which pivoted it back on the wheels. It then sprung forward when the vessel landed on the foot plate which then caused the frame to make contact with worker 's head.
