What happened
here was a pan jam coming from the bread moulders. When there is a pan jam pans stop under the moulder discharge and the dough coming out of the moulders falls into the pans piling up. The employee walked over and cleared the pan jam from one of the moulders but not the other side. There was a pan that was full of dough which they removed half of the dough and brought it over to the hopper to throw it back in. A second employee walked over to the pan full of dough and removed it from the line to clear the jam. As they proceeded to drop the pan onto the floor the first employee was walking by and the second employee did not see them and dropped the pan onto their foot.
